Biography

Elijah Nazarzadeh is CEO of Acu-Flow, developing a new generation of nebulizers, developed through his research. He obtained his PhD in Fluid Mechanics from King’s College London. His main field of interest lied on colloids and interface science and especially formation of droplets. This has led to his research at the University of Glasgow where he developed the surface acoustic wave nebulization technology. His work has been acknowledged by a number of awards such as a Lee Lucas Award from the Institute of Physics and the Higgs Award from Scottish Edge. Elijah is recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by the Life Science in Scotland and as an Entrepreneur of the Year at the University of Glasgow.
